ICT Distribution is established solely to strengthen the distribution network in the APAC region with a particular focus on South Asian and Southeast Asian countries and its Headquarters in Sydney, Australia. We work on core Enterprise Solutions and retail products, including a wide array of IT hardware and software products and other peripherals.
About the Role
Retail Sales Executives will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining store standards to support the overall retail business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and support retail store performance
- Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
- Maintain product displays, merchandising, and stock levels
- Build strong customer engagement to promote repeat business
- Handle daily store operations as required
Qualifications:
- A/L qualified; experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work on roster schedules
- Team player with good work ethics
