Presale Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Presales Engineer to join our team at ICT Distribution Sri Lanka. As a Presales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving technical sales and supporting revenue growth within the enterprise sector by providing expert technical guidance and solutions to key clients. You will also be responsible for collaborating with the sales team to ensure the successful demonstration and implementation of our products and services, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions that meet their needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers during the evaluation process.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including product specifications, user guides, and training materials.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a presales or technical sales role.
• Strong technical background in computer server, storage, cybersecurity, or related fields.
• Server and Storage technical certification will be an advantage.
