About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Executive to assist in driving our sales and supporting our growth initiatives. Your role will involve providing essential sales support to our team, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth sales operations within the assigned territory. This includes handling customer inquiries, preparing sales materials, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.Responsibilities
- Assist in managing customer accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and presentations.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing necessary administrative support.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Maintain and update sales databases and records.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales support or a related role, preferably within the distribution industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented and goal-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
