Technology Solutions Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Solutions Engineer to join our team in ICT Distribution Sri Lanka. As a Technology Solutions Engineer you are responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting technology solutions that meet the needs of clients and internal teams. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, developing technical specifications, and ensuring the successful deployment of solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technology solutions based on client needs.
• Create detailed technical specifications and documentation.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely resolution of issues.
• Work closely with sales, product development, and other teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.
• Suggest improvements and innovations to enhance solution offerings.

Qualifications:

• Technical Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and the ability to understand and address complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements effectively
• Certifications in relevant technologies or cybersecurity are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with system design, implementation, and support.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
