RMA Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RMA Technician to join our team in CT Distribution. As an RMA Technician, you will be responsible for processing, verifying, and scheduling testing as required for incoming RMAs from Customer. Asides of testing, this role would also involve handling and maintenance of overall tools and test equipment at their workstation and within the department.

Responsibilities

• Extensive knowledge of electronics and troubleshooting techniques.
• Provide basic and higher technical level of debug via root cause analysis in resolving test related issues. Generate SOP in documenting learnings/improvement acquired.
• Keep records for RMA requests and detailed reports for each one.
• Discuss problems (technical and process) encountered while testing/troubleshooting with co-technicians and able to recommend solutions to improve work efficiency.
• Follows all applicable work instructions, Best Known Method (BKM) to perform repair and during RMA processes.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Minimum electronics certification from accredited two-year technical or four-year Engineering school.
• NVQ level 3, 4 required.
• Low current systems experience such as CCTV, Access control, Alarm systems and smart home.
• Experience in related Semiconductor industries with 2 – 4 years of proven experience.
