We work on core Enterprise Solutions and retail products, including a wide array of IT hardware and software products and other peripherals.
About the Role
The Presales Engineer – Enterprise will provide technical expertise during the sales process, supporting enterprise-level clients with solution design, proposals, and technical presentations.
Responsibilities:
Provide presales support to sales teams and enterprise customers Prepare solution designs, proposals, and technical documentation Conduct requirement analysis and product demonstrations Collaborate closely with customers to address technical needs Support Proof of Concepts (POCs) and solution testing
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in IT or related field 2+ years of experience in presales or enterprise solutions
Skills:
Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cloud, or infrastructure solutions Excellent presentation, communication, and analytical skills Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
