Technical Solutions Engineer
ICT Distribution is established solely to strengthen the distribution network in the APAC region with a particular focus on South Asian and Southeast Asian countries and its Headquarters in Sydney, Australia. We work on core Enterprise Solutions and retail products including a wide array of IT hardware and software products and other peripherals.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Solutions Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Kaspersky solutions for our B2B clients, ensuring that their specific technical requirements are met. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact. Your responsibilities will include conducting technical assessments, providing recommendations, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during and after the implementation process. Additionally, you will deliver training sessions to clients, ensuring they can effectively utilize the solutions provided. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Kaspersky solutions based on the specific needs of B2B clients.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process.
- Collaborate closely with the sales/presales team to develop solution proposals that align with customer requirements and deliver maximum value.
- Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations to optimize client security infrastructure.
- Provide ongoing technical support and ensure client satisfaction with the implemented solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation and training materials.
Qualifications:
- Technical Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and the ability to understand and address complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements effectively
- Certifications in relevant technologies or cybersecurity are a plus.
- With experience in deploying EDR, XDR, and SEAM B2B services is a plus.
- Experience with cybersecurity products and solutions, particularly Kaspersky is a plus.
